Agent Terms of Service
Last updated July 15, 2026
These Agent Terms of Service ("Agent Terms") apply to anyone who signs up for Reyn as a real-estate agent or broker manager ("you"), in addition to — not instead of — our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Except as modified here, the general Terms — including ownership of content, disclaimers of warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — apply in full and are incorporated into these Agent Terms by reference. If the two documents conflict on a point these Agent Terms specifically address, these Agent Terms control.
1. Eligibility
An agent account is for a licensed real-estate professional. A broker account is for an authorized manager of a real-estate brokerage, acting on the brokerage's behalf. You represent that you hold, or are authorized to act under, an active real-estate license in the jurisdiction where you practice.
2. The agent program
A Reyn agent or broker subscription gives you a Reyn license, co-branded with your name and photo on every client-facing touchpoint, and the ability to set up ("gift") Reyn accounts for your clients' homes. Sections 2 and 5 of the general Terms — what the Service does, and that its output is informational, not professional advice — apply to your use of the agent dashboard the same as they do to a homeowner's.
3. Subscription and billing
An agent or broker subscription is a recurring monthly charge, billed automatically to the payment method on file, at the rate in effect at the time you subscribed. A broker's subscription covers a chosen number of agent seats, billed the same way per seat.
If your subscription includes a free trial, your card is collected up front and you are not charged until the trial period ends. You can see your exact trial length and end date in Settings → Subscription at any time.
4. Your rate is locked
The per-seat rate you subscribe at is locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. If Reyn changes its list price after you subscribe, that change applies only to new subscriptions — not to yours. A rate lock does not carry over if your subscription lapses and you later resubscribe at a new list price.
5. Homes included with your subscription
Each agent seat includes a set number of client homes you can gift Reyn to, shown in Settings → Subscription. This limit counts homes you have actually gifted — set up a Reyn account for — not the number of clients or leads in your Reyn dashboard, which is unlimited and free to maintain regardless of how many you've gifted.
6. Additional homes beyond your included limit
If you gift more homes than your subscription includes, additional homes are billed at the rate shown in Settings → Subscription at the time you add them. We may change how additional homes are billed (for example, as a one-time fee per home or as a recurring charge per home) with notice through the app or by email; the rate and billing method in effect at the time you add a home is the one that applies to it.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription or Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you and your gifted clients keep full access until then, not the moment you click cancel. If you scheduled a cancellation and change your mind before it takes effect, you can resume your subscription from the same place and nothing is lost.
A brokerage revoking your sponsored seat works the same way: you keep full access through the brokerage's current billing period, not effective immediately.
8. Your clients' data after cancellation
Gifting Reyn to a client is a gift, not a loan: canceling your subscription never deletes a client's home data, documents, or history. Once your sponsorship of a client's home ends, that client can continue their own Reyn account by paying for it themselves, or transfer to another sponsoring agent — nothing about their home record is ever removed as a result of your cancellation.
Canceling your own subscription does not delete your Reyn account, your client roster, or your own data. It ends your ability to gift new homes and to keep sponsoring the homes you've already gifted.
9. Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable, including for a partial billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at privacy@reynhome.app and we'll look into it.
10. Broker-sponsored seats
If your seat is sponsored by a brokerage, the brokerage is the paying customer for that seat and controls whether it continues, is reassigned, or is revoked — subject to the grace period described in Section 7. Your own gifted clients and their data are unaffected by anything the brokerage does with its seat count beyond the sponsorship of your own seat.
11. Changes to these Agent Terms
We may update these Agent Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of your agent or broker subscription after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Agent Terms.
